Onyx is an 8-year-old 3/4 Friesian, Quarter Horse cross that is guaranteed to

become the favorite in any barn. With her kind personality, willing attitude,

and eye-catching presence, she is the kind of horse everyone enjoys being

around.Onyx has done everything on the ranch and covered every kind of terrain

imaginable. From water and bogs to rocky hillsides and down timber in the

forest, she is exceptionally sure-footed and will take care of you wherever

the trail leads. She has a big motor and the stamina to go all day, every day,

yet is just as happy easing down the trail on a quiet pleasure ride.

She has roped cattle in the mountains, drug calves to the fire, and been used

for both heading and heeling, giving her the kind of real-world experience

that is hard to find. Standing 15.2 hands, Onyx is the perfect size to

confidently rope on while still being athletic enough to watch and sort cattle

with ease. She is an all-around horse with the mind, ability, and disposition to

fit a wide variety of riders and jobs.
